About the Role:
As part of a close-knit team, the Contract Administrator is a critical role within the contracts team to ensure that the existing contracts register is comprehensive and reflective of all available contract information.
Key responsibilities include: Work as a harmonious and collaborative team with peers. Review and familiarise yourself with the existing contract register and other contract databases. Familiarise yourself with the new information required to be inputted into the contract database. Familiarise yourself with the procedure required to be carried out for this important task. Promptly, and with superior attention to detail, carry out data entry of important contractual details. Work collaboratively across the Contracts team and wider stakeholders. Other administrative requirements. What will you bring? Experience with large databases and/or large-scale data-entry work, ideally gained in a legal or audit environment. A preparedness and desire to learn and adopt new work practices, systems and procedures. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
