About the role Join Origin's Energy Supply & Operations Compliance team as the Compliance Advisor, on a 6-month limited term contract. You'll play a critical role in ensuring we meet our regulatory commitments while supporting a sustainable energy future. As the Compliance Advisor – Obligations Management, you'll take the lead in identifying, documenting and mapping controls implemented to meet regulatory obligations for our LPG and Generation & Energy Transition businesses. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive reviews of legislative and regulatory instruments to identify and catalogue obligations. Refreshing the LPG and Generation & Energy Transition obligations registers to ensure they are up to date. Grouping similar obligations and confirming materiality. Mapping existing compliance controls and identifying control gaps. What will you bring? We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with a passion for compliance. Your qualifications and experience should include:
A bachelor's degree in law or Compliance, or demonstrable experience interpreting legislation and regulatory instruments. Strong analytical and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage workload in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines independently. So why join us?
