ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough organizational assessments and diagnose issues to identify opportunities for improvementCollaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans and initiativesDesign and deliver customized leadership development programs to enhance leadership capabilities at all levelsFacilitate workshops and training sessions on topics such as change management, team effectiveness, and communication skillsSupport the design and implementation of performance management processes and toolsProvide guidance and coaching to leaders and managers to promote a culture of continuous learning and developmentConduct research and stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in organizational developmentRequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or related fieldBachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, psychology, or a related field; master's degree preferredDemonstrated ability to lead and manage complex change initiativesStrong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiencesAnalytical mindset and experience using data to measure and drive organizational effectivenessExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organizationProven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of industry best practices in organizational development and talent management
