The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an Organisational Learning and Development Manager to be responsible for the development, implementation, and reporting of the organisation's programs and initiatives. The goal of the team is to lift performance, capability, and engagement through leadership and management of the organisation's learning and development function.
The portfolio of programs is diverse, spanning leadership, talent, succession, engagement, safety culture, diversity and inclusion, graduates, and study. This is a hands-on role suited to a professional who enjoys both the delivery of work as well as the strategic side of the role. An authentic nature and genuine interest in people are essential, as is the ability to engage with a broad range of people. The ability to adapt delivery style to your audience is also a must.
As Organisational Learning and Development Manager, key focuses include:
Diagnosis of business needs, then design, develop, and execute solutionsDesign and manage L&D programsStakeholder engagement and managementManagement of external L&D suppliersFacilitate forums and workshopsCompliance and reportingManagement of a team of 2
