As a Senior Consultant, you will get the opportunity to broaden and deepen your consulting skills, work on complex and interesting projects and take ownership of specific project or content domains.
You will have the opportunity to take the lead on client consultations, build your project coordination capability and support the development of junior consultants.
We are looking for Senior Consultants who bring experience in Organisational Development, Workforce, Leadership and Capability. The role: Take ownership of specific project domains or work streams and deliver them to a high standardLead client consultations and other client engagementsUndertake project coordination activities on small to medium-sized projects, building on your project management capabilityDevelop strong, well-crafted deliverables to convey key messages to clients in an influential wayTake an active role in client development by coordinating client or sector teams, contributing to pursuits, and identifying opportunities for future client engagementsProvide exceptional support to Project Directors and Managers, particularly on large projectsStay across latest news and developments in the industry to inform client discussions and workSupport, guide and develop others on projects and in buddy rolesProvide technical expertise across domains including organisational development, workforce, leadership and capability.You are: Passionate and driven about doing work that matters and creates positive influence, in an environment that values diversity and thrives on creativityA collaborator: You bring energy and enthusiasm for collaborating with others throughout the project design and delivery processIntelligent and resilient: Solving complex problems is challenging work and requires you to balance the various pressures our clients face.
Understanding and engaging with people and content will be keySelf-directed: You enjoy working in a self-managed environment with autonomyEnthusiastic and interested in working across our service lines and a variety of sectorsAnd the practical experience: Tertiary level qualifications across Organisational Development, Psychology, Leadership, Learning and Development, Human Resources and/or related discipline1-3 years' experience in a professional services environment with a focus on:Organisational developmentOrganisational psychologyLeadership assessment and developmentWorkforce developmentLearning and developmentCoaching and facilitationSecurity clearance (beneficial)Understanding of organisational and people challenges within large and complex organisationsStrong analytical skills and the capacity to interpret qualitative and quantitative dataExceptional communication and relationship building skillsThe capability to think, articulate and write logicallyStrong problem-solving ability applied in a structured wayExperience in defining and delivering projects, or working in a project environmentFinally, some important details...
