Where does this role fit in? As an Organizational Development Partner at UpGuard, you will collaborate with cross-functional and cross-border teams to develop, drive, and implement key people programs, interventions, and HR strategies that positively impact the success of our people, while enabling the achievement of our strategic objectives, and further enhancing our award-winning and much loved culture. 
Reporting to the VP, People, you'll join an awesome (and expanding) People Experience team, on our mission to deliver a work-class experience for our people. Like us, you'll be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, supporting each other to get things done, and working at pace. You prefer collaboration over isolation and can demonstrate a strong track record of delivering change management and organizational transformation programs, and building and sustaining high team member engagement through aligning your work to the goals, mission, values, and culture of the teams and companies you've supported during your career.
While this role is based in Sydney (hybrid), you will influence at a global level, collaborating with stakeholders across 10 countries to deliver activities and programs that are both scalable and address the diverse audience and needs, along with the objectives of the business.
