We have a fantastic opportunity to join GOTAFE as an Organisational Development Partner. In this role, you will enable organisational effectiveness and performance at GOTAFE by developing and implementing frameworks, tools, and initiatives in Organisational Development (OD). You will assess current processes, systems, workplace culture, and talent to identify areas for improvement, drive change, and collaborate with stakeholders to foster sustainable growth. Your expertise will be crucial in designing leadership development programs and managing talent identification and succession planning processes.
As the successful candidate you will have:
Proven experience in change management and project management.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.An analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform decision-making and improve organisational capabilities.Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as SWOT analysis, process mapping, and competency frameworks.The ability to adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate resilience in problem-solving and implementing new initiatives.A relevant tertiary qualification.If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide:
A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date)A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application)A current Driver's Licence (Car).The salary range for this position is $95,154-$104,808 under the GOTAFE Enterprise PACCT Agreement 2023.
