If so, we want you to join our team as an Organisational Development (OD) Partner.
As the OD Partner, you will be instrumental in driving engagement and supporting the development of initiatives that deliver measurable organisational outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects, shape our approach to organisational development, and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop and implement practical and fit for purpose solutions to support L&OD initiatives, including frameworks, tools and resources that lead to overall improvement in leader and people experience, culture and engagement.
Work collaboratively and coordinate with key stakeholders to design and facilitate focus groups, workshops and masterclasses aligned to OD initiatives and strategies which support delivery and desired outcomes.
Lead and deliver agreed programs, aligned to values implementation and cultural development, leadership development, performance development, diversity, capability uplift, culture and engagement including employee surveys.
This includes leading the project management of these initiatives from inception to delivery and coordination of multiple projects.
Design, develop and deliver a broad range of programs, projects and initiatives including specific projects and initiatives to support cohesive, diverse and collaborative outcomes aligned to organisational development priorities with a continuous improvement focus and utilising the ADKAR Prosci change model to support desired outcomes.
Conduct analysis on people data to inform insights and trends regarding employee experience, culture and engagement, to help measure the progress against strategic goals and operational planning.
Candidate Attributes: Demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholders relationships and work efficiently and effectively through an implementation and/or review process regarding programs of works.
Demonstrated ability to independently deliver and coordinate a range of OD programs using the ADKAR Prosci change model or similar to support measurable outcomes and increasing maturity over time, applying a high level of specialist knowledge.
Demonstrated ability to manage, influence and support with organisational change approaches, where advice is sought from across an organisations operational and corporate functions.
Demonstrated high level of knowledge and experience working across multiple areas of OD including diversity, culture and performance.
Demonstrated ability to use a consultative and collaborative approach to achieve success in program design, ensuring that all stakeholders feel connected, engaged, and valued.
Proven track record in conducting organisational assessments using data, insights and trends to develop and implement proven strategies, supporting change, team member and leadership development, making recommendations, and collaborating with divisions.
Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning to support personal and professional development.
