Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – Flinders Medical Centre – Workforce Services Salary $121,107- $125,679 p.a.
(Pro Rata) ASO8 | Full Time – Ongoing Join our Organisational Development Team as the Manager!
About the role: Reporting to the Chief People Officer, as the manager you will lead and manage a range of organisational development projects and provide expert advisory services across SALHN to enhance organisational, team and individual performance and support the achievement of the organisation's Strategic Direction.Duties for the role will include: Budget preparation, monitoring and reporting and adherence to resources allocations,Support team leaders in developing their skills in effective team leadership,Develop change management initiatives to support the implementation of restructures, and service delivery changes,Coordinate the Learning and Development Committee and manage the Mandatory Training Policy and Schedule.
About you: Highly developed interpersonal skills together with proven abilities in liaising, consulting and negotiating complex and sensitive issues,Extensive experience in leading the development and implementation of contemporary organisational development and corporate learning and development strategies and initiatives,Experience at a senior level in working with senior executives and providing high level advice and coaching support,Highly advanced written, oral and verbal communications skills, with demonstrated written skills in board and executive papers.
