An exciting opportunity to be part of the wider Perpetual Wealth Management business as an Organisational Development Manager focused on developing and leading the delivery of Organisational Development frameworks and processes across Talent & Succession, Culture & Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, and Leadership Development portfolios with end-to-end accountability.
About the role
Join our dynamic team at Perpetual Wealth Management! As an Organisational Development Manager, you will:
Lead the design, development and implementation of priority Organisational Development solutions. Manage external and internal reporting and governance of OD policy and practice. Manage relevant external vendors and partners to support the delivery of OD strategic priorities. Leadership of early careers consultant and supporting early careers and learning programs. Provide OD expertise, coaching, and consulting to the PWM leadership team and senior stakeholders. Own reporting and presenting to leadership teams and Boards across all OD portfolios. Influence the business through industry insights and best practice. About you
We're looking for someone with:
Min 5 years plus experience in human resources, specifically organisational development gained within a corporate or consulting environment. Demonstrated success in leading, designing and implementing OD solutions. Deep understanding of OD theories, practices and trends, with a commercial application. Business consulting, needs analysis and design skills. Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands. How we work
