Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, you'll be at the forefront of driving transformative change and cultivating a culture that champions The Star's vision and strategic goals.
A few of your responsibilities: Work with the Group Manager Organisation Development to implement the culture transformation initiatives aligned with the Remediation PlanLead the implementation of organisational development solutions including psychological safety and continuous listening, that support the organisation's culture, leadership development, core and common capability development, and employee experiences.Provide targeted advice, support, and guidance to managers on people-related issues and deliver an exceptional employee experience across the organisation.Design and deliver initiatives that help build organisation-wide capability for today and tomorrow to help us deliver on The Star's purpose, values, and principles.Champion a continuous improvement approach to culture change, incorporating feedback and lessons learned into future initiatives.What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.Proven experience in human resources, culture transformation, organisational development, and/or change management.Strong knowledge of organisational development theories, principles, and practices.Excellent interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skillsWhat we can offer you: Complimentary meal on site every day, including hot meals, sandwich bar and moreFlexible working arrangements30% Discounts across award winning restaurants and accommodationLifestyle discounts including gym memberships and dry-cleaning servicesMental Health and Wellbeing servicesDiversity & Inclusion areas of focus including Multicultural, Gender, Aboriginal & Torres Strait islander and LGBTQI+Endless career growth and opportunities to learn and develop your careerPlease be aware that eligibility checks are required as part of the recruitment process and ongoing employment for this position.
