Job DescriptionAs the Organisational Development Consultant - Inclusion & Leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in driving meaningful change within our organisation by supporting a variety of exciting programs, events, and initiatives.
Reporting to our Head of Social Impact and Inclusion, you'll collaborate closely with this team and also our Leadership, Talent & Performance team, ensuring that inclusion, diversity, and community engagement comes to life across the business.Day to day you will:Support Social Impact and Inclusion initiatives and engage in project work within the Social Impact and Inclusion team eg: Respect @ Work, Reconciliation Action Plan, training & capability uplift initiativesCoordinate events and provide support for Nine Communities, our Employee Resource Groups which focus on Gender Equity, Pride, Cultural Diversity & All Abilities Assist with design/delivery of Leadership, Talent & Performance (LTP) sessions and programsManage training calendars and logistics for masterclasses/speaker seriesProvide support and expand knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices in Diversity & Inclusion, Social Impact and Leadership.Manage intranet content and bespoke portals Manage reporting requirements across the teamsLiaise with the Nine Finance team and external vendors regarding payments and other necessary tasksQualificationsWe are seeking an enthusiastic HR professional to thrive in our fast-paced and ever-evolving environment!
