Provide high-level advice and consultancy services to Service Group leadership across the Hospital and Health Service (HHS) regarding workforce and work system performance improvement.
This position works closely with all Human Resource (HR) functions to define, design, develop and coordinate the delivery of effective and engaging OD and workforce performance improvement initiatives that build workforce capability and competence, and contribute to a positive, innovative and values-based workplace culture.
The Organisational Development Consultant will be acting as a professional lead, effectively integrating the methodologies of Organisational Development and Learning and Development to analyse, diagnose and then co-develop/deliver integrated and engaging development solutions that build necessary capability and performance, and enhance the Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS) culture.
