Make a difference as an Organisational Development Consultant Join the largest insurance group in Australia and New Zealand. YOUR ROLE

As an Organisational Development Consultant in IAG's Group People and Culture division, you will be responsible for the delivery of end-to-end programs of work that bring our cultural aspirations to life and deliver on our people value proposition. In this role you will collaborate with various stakeholders across our business to develop integrated solutions that are based on feedback, business insights, strategic priorities and market best practice. You will apply human-centered design to solutions that reinforce and enhance our organisational culture, employee engagement, recognition and retention overall. This is a permanent opportunity based in either Sydney

or Auckland . ABOUT YOU

Proven experience working in a large, complex organisation, contributing to culture change programs that enable people and business outcomes. Organisation development, learning or P&C business partnering experience. Previous experience working with senior business stakeholders. Strong influencing and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated experience in translating research and data into usable insights and recommendations. Working in cross-discipline project teams. Strong demonstrated stakeholder and relationship management skills. Tertiary qualification/s in HR/OD/Organisational Psychology or related discipline. Relevant complementary industry qualifications: HCD, Agile methodology (Highly Regarded).
