Organisational Development Consultant

A global tech organisation require an Organisational Development with expertise in skills mapping and competency framework. The OD Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting with building out a skills framework for the new development system within Culture Amp. This position requires change management experience, and a deep understanding of organisational development, particularly in the areas of talent succession and skills framework.
This is a 4 week contract starting as soon as possible. Work with a passionate and talented HR team, local and globally based stakeholders and enjoy flexible work arrangements.
Comprehensive skills mapping and building out competencies across both technical and human skillsCreate an initial development menu within the platform, connected to core skillsImplement skills mapping and development menu content, into new digital platformAssist with communication and preparation of launch materialsProven experience in an internal OD role or consulting roleExperience building out competency frameworks and understanding skills mappingExperience using Culture Amp & Microsoft Excel is desirableExperience with change management processes, particularly in implementing analytics-driven initiatives.In-depth understanding of organisational development concepts, including talent succession and skills framework.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Proven track record of delivering high-quality results within tight deadlinesRobert Walters Australia is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
Salary: AUD120,000 - AUD130,000 per annum + + commission
