The Opportunity We have a rare opportunity to join the ODEX Team as an Organisational Development and Employee Experience Consultant managing our Me@QBE Performance, Career and Listening portfolio. The role is to enable the delivery of the People Strategy by identifying, developing, and partnering with the business to design and implement programs and initiatives that foster a high-performance, people-centric culture.
Your New Role Your key responsibilities will include:
Enable the delivery of QBE's culture agenda for AUSPAC/Home Market through the levers of performance, career and employee listening. Lead the management and oversight of the ME@QBE people cycle (inclusive of performance, career and listening) from project management, communication, tools and just-in-time training to support employees and leaders. Forecast and schedule the delivery of the ME@QBE cycle and related initiatives across Home Market. In partnership with the Reward and Performance Team manage the delivery of My Year in Review with a specific emphasis on performance metrics. Collaboration with key stakeholders across the business to provide insights and recommendations underpinned and informed by data (including outputs from our organisational listening activities). As part of the ME@QBE Performance cycle, lead and deliver the career development agenda for AUSPAC/Home Market. Lead the integration of Group's listening strategy in a way that delivers effective outcomes and practices for AUSPAC/Home Market. Lead the program management and learning delivery to leaders for ME@QBE cyclical programs (e.g., performance, coaching, feedback etc). About You To be successful in this role you will have prior experience designing culture, performance and career programs and initiatives, along with a commercially focused and pragmatic approach to delivering capability and improved employee experience outcomes.
You will also have:
Demonstrated business partnering/internal consulting and influence experience. A working knowledge of designing people programs and initiatives to drive organisational change. Experience designing, facilitating, and analysing workshops, interviews, and employee surveys. Ability to scope and build capability development solutions for delivery in a contemporary context. Ability to leverage strong networks for the latest thinking, best practices, and developments in future-focused capabilities and practices. Ability to act at pace within environments of ambiguity, driven by high levels of stakeholder engagement and consultation.
