The Role: As an Organizational Development Advisor, you will be part of our Organizational Capability and Culture team.
This position is crucial in shaping our organizational culture, promoting leadership excellence, and preparing our workforce for future challenges.
The role demands a proactive approach and proven experience in designing and implementing initiatives that drive meaningful and sustainable change.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders and business leaders to foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with our values and strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and programs to develop and implement cultural change strategies that enhance workforce engagement.
Implement and monitor cultural improvement initiatives based on insights from employee surveys.
Utilise data and analytics (Qualtrics) to measure success, report on engagement trends, and inform people strategies.
Offer expert change management support and coaching to foster a culture of effective change management.
Coordinate the design and delivery of leadership development programs that align with our Leadership Capability Framework, enhancing capability and supporting succession planning.
Collaborate with teams to align learning and development initiatives with organizational strategies.
Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative organizational development solutions.
To be successful in this role, you should have: Relevant tertiary qualification in Behaviour Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources or Business.
Extensive experience in organisational development, change management, and leadership development, ideally in aged care, healthcare, or a similar complex environment.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically while delivering practical, hands-on solutions.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of influencing key stakeholders and achieving results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Advanced analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with solid proficiency in tools such as Qualtrics, CXM, and the Microsoft Office suite.
Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months.
