We have an opportunity for an HR Professional to join our HR Services team on a full-time basis. As an integral part of our HR strategy, you will lead and support a wide range of initiatives aimed at driving business transformation, improving workplace culture and fostering a high-performance environment.
Reporting to the Manager – HR Services; key responsibilities of the role will include: Leading and supporting the delivery of organisational development initiatives from concept to implementation. You will work on projects related to organisational design, governance, culture transformation, leadership development and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.Collaborating on the development and execution of diversity and inclusion strategies that foster an inclusive and high-performance culture. You will provide insights and recommendations for improving diversity practices and monitor progress towards inclusion objectives.Supporting the preparation and analysis of Group HR data and metrics on a monthly basis, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. You will be responsible for synthesising data to provide actionable insights to inform decision-making at both a strategic and operational level.Conducting research on the latest trends in organisational development, HR best practices and market benchmarks. You will provide management with valuable insights and recommendations that help shape HR policies, programs and strategies.Critically assessing and recommending improvements to existing HR policies, procedures and practices to ensure they remain relevant, efficient and aligned with the evolving needs of the organisation.Contributing to the completion of annual HR-related reports, including Workplace Gender Equality and Sustainability Reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.Reviewing and assessing HR vendors and external suppliers, identifying opportunities to optimise services, achieve cost savings and streamline HR processes for greater efficiency.Key skills and experience required for the role include: Proven experience in Organisational Development, HR strategy, Generalist HR or a similar HR-related field.Strong understanding of organisational change management, leadership development, employee engagement and diversity and inclusion initiatives.Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and HR reporting.Ability to design, implement and evaluate HR and organisational development programs that align with strategic goals.Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.Experience in researching industry trends, benchmarking practices and applying insights to improve HR functions.Knowledge of relevant HR legislation, compliance standards and reporting requirements (such as Workplace Gender Equality Reporting).About the Opportunity: Genuine career progression for motivated individualsFlexible working arrangements availableFree parkingIncome ProtectionEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee benefits such as paid parental leave, retail discounts, health insurance discounts and much more.NRW is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we strongly support diversity in our workforce.
