Reporting directly to the Organisational Development Manager, the newly created Organisation Development Advisor - Diversity and Inclusion position focuses on developing a powerful culture where every person is valued.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver organisational development projects within our Future Workforce Strategy.
Contribute to developing CPL's Diversity and Inclusion Plan.
Implement planned diversity and inclusion activities at CPL Group including Reconciliation Action Plan commitments.
Coordinate events that increase diversity and support inclusion.
Support change programs to strengthen culture and embed values.
Contribute to the development of diversity and inclusion metrics.
Analyse and report diversity, capability, culture, engagement and performance management metrics.
Selection criteria: Qualifications in Organisational Psychology or Human Resources.
Human resources experience, particularly in learning and development or HR projects.
Working knowledge of employee engagement, organisation culture, capability and development, talent management and diversity and inclusion practices.
Organised with a natural inclination for planning and events management.
Experience of managing small-medium projects or events with a pro-active approach.
Committed to social impact and enhancing diversity and inclusion of minority groups.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills across diverse stakeholders.
NDIS worker clearance required to start (we can help).
