Your new role
We are currently seeking an Organisational Services Consultant to join our team in Canberra.
As a Consultant in Organisational Services, you will play a pivotal role in providing a range of organisational psychology services to our clients and providing support to our passionate team. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by customising and delivering evidence-based training workshops, conducting psychosocial risk assessments and culture reviews, administering psychometric assessments, providing coaching to individuals and groups, implementing specialist recruitment programs, providing career transition services and completing reports as required.
As a Consultant in the Organisational Services team at Altius Group, you'll have the unique opportunity to:

Customise and deliver evidence-based training workshops to foster growth and development. Facilitate and conduct comprehensive organisational climate and culture reviews and psychosocial risk assessments. Provide coaching services to individuals and groups, supporting their personal and professional advancement. Utilise in-depth interpretative knowledge to administer psychometric assessments and assessment centers. Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes to foster positive and productive work relationships. Assist in career transition services, facilitating smooth transitions for employees. Attend onsite visits to deliver exceptional services directly to our valued customers. Engage in business development activities, including scoping, consulting, and proposing organisational development projects to customers.
About you
Registered Psychologist Masters in Industrial/Workplace Psychology and Organisational Psychology (desirable) Drivers licence and car Availability to travel (opportunities to travel to remote sites with access to competitive profit share bonus for overnight travel) Endorsement in Organisational Psychology (desirable) Hogan or other psychometric assessment accreditation (desirable) Mental Health First Aid Trainer accredited (desirable)
