Organisational Change Manager
Start Date: 16 December 2024
Length: 6 months + 2 x 6-month extensions
Location of work: SA, VIC
Role Responsibilities: Developing a framework that will support the successful adoption of change initiatives across the organisationPlay a critical role in establishing a robust and sustainable approach to change managementDeveloping and embedding effective change management strategies, practices, and processes to ensure smooth transitions during transformations, system upgrades, and other business changesDevelop and implement a wide range of project-related communication artefactsWork collaboratively with senior leadership, project teams, and employees to ensure change initiatives are well planned, communicated, and executed, minimising disruption and maximising engagement and adoptionKey Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Organisational Development, Human Resources, or related field (required)Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plusMinimum of 5 years' experience in change management, organisational development, or related fieldsExperience in leading change initiatives across a variety of functions or departments is highly preferredStrong expertise in change management frameworks, methodologies, and toolsAbility to design and implement change strategies tailored to the unique needs of the organisationExperience in delivering training and workshops to diverse audiences, including senior leaders and employeesStrong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process)Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levelsProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate organisational dynamicsStrong analytical skills to assess impact and effectiveness of change initiativesLeadership and coaching capabilities, with the ability to inspire and engage othersWho is Araza: Araza is a leading Australian-based consulting and services organisation.
