Location – ACT - OnsiteAustralian Citizen with PV ClearanceOrganisational Change Manager6 months contract, 12 months extension option!Location – ACT - OnsiteAustralian Citizen with PV ClearanceSubmission deadline: 20/01/2025Infinite Consulting is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager – PV Cleared for our esteemed Federal Government Client.
This is a 6 months contract with a 12 months extension option possible further, based on funding and approval!

About the role:You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of an effective change management strategy and plan to facilitate a smooth transition to the future service delivery operating model.
Key responsibilities and tasks include:
Developing, implementing, and managing an effective change management strategy and plan aligned with the overall program to measure success, monitor change progress, assess change impact, and prepare the organisation for change.Providing high-level, timely, accurate advice and tracking and reporting on issues and barriers that may affect the change process.Developing, implementing, and managing an effective training strategy, plan, and associated artefacts aligned with the overall program.Managing and undertaking coordinated change management and stakeholder engagement and communication activities.Applying continual service improvement methods and techniques under a wider change management process.Skills and capability:Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience working as an organizational change lead/business change manager, preferably in government agencies.Contemporary knowledge of change management frameworks, methodologies, practices, and tools.Demonstrated experience in the application of change management and stakeholder engagement methodologies, practices, and tools for large-scale organization transformation.Demonstrated expertise in change management project planning, including the ability to analyse and report on complex issues, evaluate associated risks, identify and profile business benefits.Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to align transition strategies with overall business objectives.Submission Requirements:Duration: 6 months initial contract
Clearance: Australian Citizens with current PV clearance
Submission deadline: 20/01/2025
