Organisational Change Manager

Must have Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1)

Our client, a very large Federal Government Department is seeking an Organisational Change Manager.
Duties:

Develop and maintain change management policies, procedures and frameworks.
Design and deliver change management principles, processes, tools and techniques and promote best practice.
Lead, coach, educate and support others in aspects of the agencys endorsed change approach and associated processes.
Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

Criteria:

Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in project change management.
Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in change assurance and reporting.
Strong ability to develop and nurture productive relationships with key stakeholders and work collegiately with others as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
Strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels including senior executives and external agencies.
