12 + 12 month contract - April Start$110 - $135 per hour (inc-Super) - market estimate / negotiable Baseline Security Clearance requiredChange Management - Large Transformational ProjectsOur client, a large Australian Federal Government financial intelligence agency, are Seeking the experience of an Organisational Change Manager for a long 12+12 month contract based in Canberra, Sydney or Melbourne.
Duties of the Organisation Change Manager Lead the management of internal and external stakeholder engagement and communications relating to significant transformational projects.Manage, communicate and implement an end-to end change management plan to maximise adoption, on boarding and build awareness of Program benefits and deliverables.Actively collaborate with business partners, the wider project team and key internal and external stakeholders to achieve success.Ensure the changes are understood, sustained and embedded across the product life cycle.Bring demonstrated experience in working with executive, business managers, product owners and customers to understand change for users and the broader organisation.Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be a strong negotiator and have a passion for managing change programs and projects to deliver successful outcomes.Skills and Experience Required Demonstrated experience working in Agile projects.Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools.Demonstrated ability to develop change management strategies/plans including assessing impacts, communications/awareness, training and adoption plans, and embed lessons learned.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Exceptional communication skills.A proven record in delivering organisational change.Change certification (Prosci or equivalent) is required.Demonstrated experience liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, including reporting entities, partner agencies and other government agencies.
