Currently they are looking for an Organisational Change Manager to develop business change strategies, and lead and implement sustainable transformational change.
This role will join an existing project team which is currently working on migrating their SAP solution to a modern cloud solution.
Responsibilities: Plan, lead, and oversee change initiatives to ensure alignment with portfolio objectives.Develop strategic plans that integrate change activities and communications with adoption strategies.Provide expert guidance on organisational change and product adoption, ensuring adherence to change management frameworks.Manage the full lifecycle of Change Management efforts, leveraging best practices for tracking and improving change processes.Establish and implement metrics to measure change effectiveness and readiness, driving continuous improvement.Key Experience: Proven success in managing ICT-enabled transformational change, including benefits realisation, stakeholder engagement, and training in complex projects.Skilled in change planning, resistance management, problem-solving, and coordinating multiple deliverables within priorities and deadlines.Experienced in delivering change management, communication, and release plans in agile environments with sponsors, users, and teams.Advanced communication skills, with expertise in advising and collaborating with senior management and diverse stakeholders on strategic issues.Strong ability to build stakeholder relationships, drive collaboration, and influence key stakeholders during business transitions.The Offer: 11 month contract$1,175.00 per day inclusive of super OR + GSTOffice based in BrisbaneIf you wish to apply for this position, please submit your resume by clicking the 'Apply Now' button.
