The salary range for these positions is $122k - $129k + super (pending experience).Your new roleDefining the change strategy and planningAssist in defining and outlining the proposed project delivery approachReview available documentation from key stakeholders, with a focus on changeSpecify any additional change resource requirements subject to project and resource planningManaging all project communications to the wider organisation and stakeholder communitiesManaging all change documentation, end user training and acceptance of changeDefinition of training needs analysisWhat you'll need to succeedTertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in Business, Information Technology, Information Management, Computing or similar disciplineOrganisational Change Management industry experienceDemonstrated working in large complex Business/ICT projects and programsDemonstrated knowledge of training methodology and delivery practices experienceDemonstrated stakeholder management / workshop facilitation experienceWhat you'll get in returnThe salary range for these positions is $122k - $129k + super (pending experience).
