We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to support a major ERP transformation program. This role is pivotal in driving business engagement and ensuring the smooth adoption of new systems and processes, specifically related to the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics for finance and procurement.
This is an initial 12-month day rate contract based in the CBD with 1 – 2 days WFH as business requirements allow.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in stakeholder management, change communication and a solid understanding of change management methodologies within large-scale transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities: Lead organisational change efforts for the ERP transformation, ensuring successful adoption of Microsoft Dynamics for finance and procurement; Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance; Engage with key business stakeholders to ensure alignment with the project's goals, fostering collaboration and addressing concerns; Conduct impact assessments, identify potential barriers to change and implement mitigation strategies; Facilitate workshops, meetings and training sessions to support staff through the transformation journey, ensuring smooth transitions across the business; Create and deliver clear and consistent change communications that keep stakeholders informed of project progress and key milestones; Work closely with project managers, product owners and senior leadership to integrate change management activities into overall project plans; Monitor and evaluate the success of change initiatives, using feedback to adjust strategies and ensure continued alignment with project objectives; and Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance and best practices on organisational change in complex environments. Skills and Qualifications: Extensive experience in leading organisational change initiatives, ideally within large-scale ERP or technology transformation programs; Proven track record of engaging and managing stakeholders at all levels, particularly in a business-facing capacity; Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise messaging for diverse audiences; Experience conducting impact assessments and developing tailored strategies to ensure successful change adoption; Previous experience working in healthcare, aged care, or similar environments is highly desirable; Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage resistance to change effectively; and Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and integrate change efforts into project delivery. Preferred: Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP); Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare or government sectors; Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, would be an advantage.
