Organisational Change Management OfficerWe are looking for an experienced Organisational Change Management Officer who will work closely with project managers, key stakeholders, and Security and Infrastructure teams within the Research Operations Branch, fostering strong relationships that promote awareness and engagement with project activities ensuring the successful uplift of the federal Client's Security. This role will see the OCM Officer working under the direction of the Executive Director Research Operations and closely with Security and Infrastructure teams within Research Operations Branch, to develop and implement a wide range of project-related communication artefacts.
Requirements: Strong expertise in change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.Ability to design and implement change strategies tailored to the unique needs of the organisation.Experience in delivering training and workshops to diverse audiences, including senior leaders and employees.Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate organisational dynamics.Strong analytical skills to assess the impact and effectiveness of change initiatives.Leadership and coaching capabilities, with the ability to inspire and engage others.Location: SA
Contract term: 6 Months. Extension: 2X6 Months
