We are looking for an experienced Organisational Change Management Lead to work with Shared Service Liaison (SSL) within a Federal Department to establish a Centre of Excellence for Organisational Change Management Practices and Processes. The OCM Lead will play a critical role in establishing a robust and sustainable approach to change management within the business area ensuring that change is implemented efficiently, with minimal disruption, and maximum benefit to the organisation and its employees.
Requirements: Strong expertise in change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools. Ability to design and implement change strategies tailored to the unique needs of the organisation. Experience in delivering training and workshops to diverse audiences, including senior leaders and employees. Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process). Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate organisational dynamics. Strong analytical skills to assess impact and effectiveness of change initiatives. Leadership and coaching capabilities, with the ability to inspire and engage others. Location: SA
Contract term: 6 Months. Extension: 2X6 Months
