About You:
Your strong stakeholder and sponsor engagement and influencing skills are vital to your success in this role. Your experience also includes:
Designing and contributing to the establishment of programs of work
Strong curiosity; you're great at asking questions and getting beneath the surface to uncover the depth of complex challenges
Skilled at discovery and analysis and seeing the system level so that change can address and deliver on objectives
The ability to balance human centred approaches to change with commercial outcomes

Our Organisational Change team is made up of people with diverse skill sets and backgrounds (from the technical change space, with people and culture backgrounds and organisational strategy) we're keen to keep building on this.
We're looking for an experienced practitioner to join our team; someone who is energised by the opportunity to lead diverse change projects and programs, directly contributing to building adaptive transformation and change capability.
You will be collaborating closely with stakeholders at all levels, strengthening adaptive change capacity and maturity, empowering leaders and stakeholders as change sponsors and enablers. Through partnership, this role provides direct support, coaching and guidance within our organisational change framework, contributing to its continuous refinement and successful implementation.
This role is pivotal to enabling our culture evolution by ensuring that change is aligned with our strategic goals and our aspirational culture.
