Position Overview: Reporting to the Head of Organisational Capability, this new role will strengthen the organisational change function through leadership of change practitioners embedded within the business.
With a core focus on delivering high-quality, consistent, and sustainable change initiatives, you will build and provide strategic insights into the organisation's change capacity, facilitating informed decisions on prioritising and sequencing of the work portfolio.
Key to success is collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align change initiatives with the organisation's strategic goals, ensuring that all efforts contribute to long-term success.
Additionally, you will partner with the Leadership & Capability team to define and deliver programs to build change leadership capability and greater agility at all levels of the organisation.
What You Bring: You bring extensive experience in designing and delivering large-scale transformative change projects, showcasing proven leadership skills and a deep understanding of change management methodologies, such as PCI or Prosci accreditation.
Your strong communication and collaboration abilities enable you to build effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation and sustainability of change initiatives.
In terms of qualifications, you hold a degree in Management, Change Management, or a related field, which complements your practical experience and enhances your capability to drive organisational change effectively.
