You will also provide support and deliver appropriate communications planning, activities and reporting as required.Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Undertake the investigation, collation, analysis, and evaluation of change management issues to identify relevant factors and initiatives and provide recommendations for consideration and further action.Support the development of the stakeholder analysis and communications plans, ensuring stakeholder levels of engagement and influence are mapped, tracked, and managed.Support and deliver an effective Change Management Strategy and associated documentation, including Plans associated with Information and Communication/Stakeholder Engagement/Business Scenario/User Acceptance/Training and Business Readiness.Provide fit-for-purpose communications to ensure alignment with WA Police Force communications guidelines and alignment with the division and project strategy and vision.Provide support to translate systems and project terminology into language that the client can understand and relate to.Monitor and report on the impact of communications on understanding and embracing the Project within the client and define and measure success metrics and change progress.Liaise with the impacted business area(s) to ensure a smooth transition of the change into Business as Usual (BAU).Prepare briefing packs with relevant information for up-skilling the change agents on key changes and impacts of the Digital transformation, the as-is and to-be state, and other relevant information.Support the Business Change Senior Analyst to deliver all change activities.Support organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities to ensure business change management requirements are met.Provision of reports and other formal processes to meet compliance requirements of the Agency in relation to change management.Management of change management outcomes to achieve Program and associated project milestones.Create and maintain relevant business change management databases.Requirements:5+ years Business Change experience in medium to large projects.Experience in Emergency Services or Command and Control operational environments.Experience in public sector change management initiatives.Deep understanding of organisational change strategies.Demonstrated understanding of how people transition through a change and the change process.Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.Demonstrated experience in writing business change documentation.Demonstrated experience in business process mapping (current and future state).Change management certification such as Prosci Certification desirable.Experience with models such as Prosci, PCI, or ADKAR Model desirable.Ability to work independently with understanding of Project Management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2).Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.Ability to work across multiple projects concurrently and manage conflicting priorities.Commitment to teamwork and the maintenance of a collaborative work environment.Ability to evaluate and consolidate information collected from multiple sources; reconcile conflicts and agree on a common vision or goal.Why Fujitsu?We are an organization with a strong set of values and a history of respecting fairness and equality, whilst promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
