Job Description Your new role We're looking for people who have a real drive to make a difference—for our customers, for each other, and for CSC. The Organisational Change and Capability team is at the forefront of driving transformative change and developing organisational capability from within the People Function. As an Organisational Change Analyst, your role will contribute to the smooth execution of change initiatives, including developing impact assessments, communication plans and identifying change activities to foster cohesive outcomes, maximise productivity, and increase engagement across CSC. Collaborating with the Organisational Change Manager and business leaders, your expertise will guide business areas to implement change confidently, and your engaging change and communications products will foster a positive and motivated workforce. You will embrace innovation as you design project intranet pages and communication products, empowering teams with creative solutions. The role requires strong analytical and communication abilities, including the interpretation and presentation of data to support business areas adapting to change and improve customer outcomes. This an hourly rate contract for 12 months. Desired Skills and Experience What you'll need to excel 2+ years change management experience Understanding of change management frameworks and disciplines Exceptional communication, influencing, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills to drive successful organisational transitions A proven track record of fostering collaboration, managing stakeholder expectations, and implementing change initiatives with precision and efficiency A creative approach to developing communications products which are visually appealing and clear in messaging Experience with or ability to learn how to design and publish intranet pages Office suite (PowerPoint, Word etc, experience or ability to acquire skills in image and eLearning Designer tools (such as Adobe Creative suite or Canva Please note  to be considered, you will be required to complete a successful police background check and must be an Australian citizen.
