Classification:ANU Officer 8 (Administration)Salary package:$109,945-$117,567 per annum plus 17% superannuationTerms:Full time, ContinuingThe PositionThis is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified Senior Organisational Development Consultant, looking for a chance to deliver to a diverse portfolio of clients across the University.Located within the central People and Culture Division, the Talent and Capability team delivers strategic people priorities such as executive search, leadership and staff development, talent management, organisational development, engagement and culture, and diversity, equity and inclusion across the University.The Senior Consultant, Organisational Development will have a strong focus on strategic OD priorities such as staff engagement surveys, performance management, leadership, career and staff development, and full responsibility for supporting and executing on key projects. This includes program co-design, project management, collaborating and engaging with peers and senior leaders, facilitation, vendor management, and developing metrics to demonstrate program impact.The position reports to the Deputy Chief People Officer (Talent and Capability) and works within the Talent and Capability team, operating with a high degree of autonomy.Our ideal candidateWe are looking for a candidate that has previous experience in leadership and organisational development or an HR generalist who has strong skills in working with stakeholders to improve leadership and staff capability within an organisation and would like to work in a more specialised capacity.You will be a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills and the ability to relay complex and detailed information in a simple and concise manner. You will be a stellar project manager with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
