About the role

We're seeking an Organisational Development Lead, to be at the forefront of driving strategic and impactful initiatives to build leadership bench strength and organisational culture and capability for the future.

You'll join an innovative team that plays a significant role in enabling the ambitious growth agenda of Transurban.

As an Organisational Development Lead, you'll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities.

Day-to-day, you will:
Lead design and deliver strategic OD initiatives, including leadership development, talent management and development of organisational capabilities.
Provide thought leadership that combines a deep understanding of best practice with real world organisational context.
Work with partners internally and externally to build solutions that meet the needs of the business and that align with the organisation's growth strategy.
Develop and implement effectiveness measures and leverage data to identify opportunities.
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferable skills and experiences, including:
Experience in two or more Organisation Development disciplines in large and mid-sized organisations.
Experience in providing effective strategic insight and input, combined with an understanding of their commercial impacts.
Experience in effectively leading capability and culture change.
Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity.
Effective negotiation, influencing, consultation and facilitation skills.
Curious thought leader and generous sharer of knowledge and information.
