Organisation Design and Change Specialist6 month initial contract with view to extend.
Looking for a change specialist who has plentiful experience in org design.
This is a perfect opportunity to join a large government department located in Sydney and lead the review and design of divisional and branch level operating models, organizational structures, functional accountabilities, and role design.
Key Responsibilities: Map out current and future state models and role functionsDesign and develop detailed new organisational structure chartsOversee quality assurance and coordination of role descriptionsBuild strong stakeholder relationshipsEvaluate new structure and roles to ensure they are compliant and consistent with organisation parameters and principlesKey Requirements: 5+ years experience in Change functionPrior experience delivering a major Organisational Design changeHands-on role with delivering org design change to a large enterprise environmentAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
