Our team consists of various marketing research agents, professionals, sales consultants and various contractors who work in assisting the team.  Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or higher qualification.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Tasks & Responsibilities Conduct detailed analyses of current processes and systems within the company.
Discuss current systems with staff and observe systems at all levels of the company.
Identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Undertake and review work studies by analysing existing and proposed methods and procedures.
Record and analyse work flow charts, records, reports, manuals and job description.
Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter work flows, redefine job functions and resolve company's problems.
Collaborate with various departments to gather data and feedback for analysis.
Train and mentor junior analysts in Organisation and Methods techniques and best practices.
Prepare and present reports and findings to senior management.
Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute insights for organisational growth and development.
