Reporting to the Manager, Org Capability & Culture, the Organisational Development Advisor will oversee key initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness:
Responsibilities include: Culture Survey Project | Pulse Surveys: Lead and manage culture surveys and pulse surveys to gauge employee engagement and satisfaction. Administration & Coordination | Reports | Action Plans: Coordinate survey administration, compile reports, and develop action plans based on survey findings. Supporting overall rollout: Assist in the rollout and implementation of organisational development strategies and initiatives. Support HR as required | Change Management Experience: Collaborate with HR teams to support change management processes and initiatives. Leadership Development Knowledge | Involvement with Brightwater Plus overhaul: Contribute to leadership development programs and initiatives and support the overhaul of the Brightwater Plus program. IT/Systems: Utilise Qualtrics (or similar software) for survey administration and analysis. Proficiency in MS Suite required. Skills and experience required: Proven experience in organisational development, particularly in managing culture and pulse surveys. Strong administration and coordination skills with the ability to compile reports and develop actionable plans. Change management experience, supporting HR initiatives and organisational change processes. Knowledge of leadership development principles and experience in program support. Familiarity with IT systems, particularly Qualtrics or similar survey software. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior management and stakeholders of varying personalities. Task-oriented with a problem-solving mindset, able to manage competing deadlines and deliver concise project updates as required.
