About the Role:
Our client is seeking a data driven and hands-on Orderbook Specialist to enhance our strategic operations. This role is perfect for professionals who are flexible, autonomous, and ambitious, with a keen interest in developing their business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Order Book: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date order book, handle order adjustments, backorder clean-up, and troubleshooting.
Demand Fulfillment Expertise: Serve as the 'center of excellence' for Demand Fulfillment topics, providing continuous training and knowledge sharing with local teams.
Warehouse Volume Forecasting: Responsible for forecasting warehouse volume and collaborating closely with Warehouse Specialists.
Launch Coordination: Provide visibility of launch volumes and ship dates to warehouses, coordinating order releases for strategic product launches.
Support Functions: Collaborate with inbound planning, warehouse planning, inventory management, and customer fulfillment to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery.
Product Availability Visibility: Create and share product availability status with Sales, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
ERP System Management: Be a power user of Microsoft D365 and Looker, driving enhancements and efficiencies.
About You:
D365 Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (+ Sunrise add-on).
Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent with numbers, strong Excel skills, and experience in inventory management and dealing with warehouses.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with different internal stakeholders.
Sales and Demand Planning: Good grasp of sales planning and demand planning skills.
Self-Motivated: Ability to self-manage weekly tasks.
Experience: Demonstrate experience in orderbook management, demand fulfillment, account management, or sales planning would be advantageous. Experience in fashion or consumer retail industry is a plus.
Team Player: Ability to work in a matrix organization and adapt to rapidly changing business priorities.
