The primary responsibility of this office-based role is to ensure accurate and timely processing of documentation orders in conjunction with customer service, to meet the needs of both internal and external customers.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to work collaboratively and support the production team.
This is for a Full Time, Permanent position.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 09:54 am - 18:00 pm
Key responsibilities: Provide fast and efficient order entryProcess Orders through the internal order entry systems promptly and accuratelyManage online customer orders and escalate order issues to technical specialist if requiredWork with production/customer service and tech support team to resolve any issuesCreation of order documents necessary for compounding as requiredAny other tasks or activities required by the business deemed relevant to this role as the business model changesTo be considered you will have the following: Minimum 2 years' experience in order entry preferably with Background in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) desirable, but not necessaryHighly competent in accurate order entryExperience in a customer focused environmentExcellent organizational skills & attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skillsExcellent problem resolution skills with a positive can-do attitudeDesire to learn and ability to cope with changeAbility to handle pressure and a busy working environmentLooking for a career with developmentApply today and experience a career that matters!
