It's more than working for a global leader; it's an opportunity to be a part of something that impacts people all over the world.About the roleThe purpose of this role is to manage and process customer orders, end to end from origin of PO to shipping follow up, to ensure on-time shipment, superior customer service, vendor compliance, cost mitigation, as well as supporting efforts to build customer base and sales volume.Key responsibilities include:Monitor sales orders for pricing, stock status and allocation of stock and delivery requirements.Ensure sales orders are released in a timely manner that meet with business requirements; are accurately entered into system meeting customer timings; have the correct contract pricing and invoicing errors are minimized.Ensure customers are allocated product as per Product Allocation guidelines from Planning team.Respond to Customer and Account Manager inquiries to provide quality customer service, meet the client's needs and encourage future sales; manage all communication with all Portfolio account managers to meet sales commitments.Attend customer calls as part of a team of order management operators.Process Customer Returns in Salesforce and communicate details with customer.Ensure all orders are processed according to Customer Guidelines.We're Interested in Hearing from People Who Have:Minimum of ideally 3 years of experience in order management and/or administrative role.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics D365 and BI will be highly regarded.Ability to prioritize.Computer literate in multi-applications, eg MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Problem solving abilities.Multi-tasking abilities.Superior follow through.Ability to work extended hours.Knowledge of EDI a plus.Highly engaged and shows a positive attitude and adapts to change.What we offer you:Competitive compensation package.A fun and rewarding team environment.Opportunity to work for an Australian Stock Exchange listed company.Employee assistance program.Paid parental leave policy.Employee discounts of up to 50% on all our electrical products.Corporate health and wellness benefits.To ApplyCome and make your mark with this global leader by applying today via the Apply Now button.Please note Breville Group will never ask applicants through email, phone, text message, or direct message on social media to provide identity documents, personal details, or financial information such as bank details.Breville Group is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
