Full timeWe are looking for someone who is highly organised, holds excellent time management skills with high attention to detail to assist with managing our customer order process and general administration functions within our business.Understanding of the Construction or Civil Construction environment is highly desirable.In order to take up this great opportunity, the successful applicant will require the following skills and experience:Proven experience in administrative roles.Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (preferred) and basic digital tools.Good communication skills, both oral and written.Very strong organization skills.Strong team working skills.Be a self-starter capable of working with minimal direction or micro-management.Be able to multi-task effectively.This Order Management/Administration Role will include, but is not limited to:Processing customer orders in our data system.Liaising with suppliers and other staff to deliver orders to completion.Preparing a daily run sheet for deliveries and collections.Liaising with clients to keep them updated with the progress of their orders.Managing the expediting progress of all orders.Invoicing of completed jobs.Answering, screening and forwarding calls for staff and taking messages where required.Assisting with the daily operations of the office and the shopfront.General administrative duties as directed.This is a permanent full-time position based in Pinelands - Monday to Friday.
