About the role We're currently seeking an Order Fulfilment Supervisor to join our team at our Sydney Processing Centre in Alexandria.
The Order Fulfilment Supervisor will lead the Order Fulfilment team in fulfilling customer orders and ensuring the timely distribution of life-giving blood and other products to Approved Health Providers.
In this exciting and fast-paced role, while working with a regional manufacturing environment, you will continually look for ways to optimise work processes, actively learn and adapt your approach to achieve great outcomes.
You will act with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm and be able to relate openly and comfortably with everyone.
You will value interpersonal savvy and self-awareness and reflect on your own strengths and areas for development, making you a valued contributor.
A day in the Order Fulfilment Supervisor role could see you: Lead and provide direction to the Order Fulfilment team, using human-centric and empathetic management approachesIdentify new talent for the Order Fulfilment teamSupport training and staff developmentEffectively manage the team's resources and workflowDevelop and manage rosters, and deliver work schedulesUndertake daily supply planning with the Customer Service Delivery ManagerIdentify daily inventory requirements and address inventory gapsSounds interesting?
Here's what we're looking for: Demonstrated ability to lead and coach warehouse or distribution teamsExperience in the coaching, development, and performance management of employees to deliver resultsAbility to understand and relay strategic objectives and drive operational performance against key performance indicatorsOperational knowledge and experience of customer service, and warehouse and distribution processes and principlesOperational experience in a regulated GMP environment desirablePassionate about delivering great customer serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTechnical and digital aptitude with a high attention to detailThis is a permanent, full-time opportunity, working a rotating team roster across Monday to Friday, between 6:30am to 2:30pm (AM shift) and 2:00pm to 10:00pm (PM shift), and be part of an on-call roster that includes weekends.
