Reporting to the HR Services Team Leader, as the HR Business Partner Schools you will:
Provide business focused operational HR advice for all leaders within the organisation's schools' portfolio; Coach and support educational leaders on workforce planning, HR operations, performance management, recruitment and general HR matters in the school environment; Be the 'trusted HR advisor' for school principals, leaders and staff; Work collaboratively with all school leaders to deliver person-centred policies, procedures and service delivery across this critical portfolio for the organisation. About You
For this appointment, you will be a HR Business Partner with the following skills:
Proactive generalist HR professional with a coaching and mentoring approach; Strong person-centred relationship and stakeholder management skills; Experience providing contemporary HR advice and guidance supporting the delivery of business objectives and the ability to influence at all levels; The necessary generalist business partnering skills gained from working within the complexity of a schools environment covering pre-K – 12; Expertise in workforce planning, HR operations, recruitment and performance management with knowledge in ER/IR; Proven experience working in a schools' environment is necessary; Proven focus on continuous improvement and consistency of service across a portfolio of responsibility is essential.
