The mental health program you'll be leading, i.am, is designed to provide essential support for children and young people and their families, utilising innovative, evidence-based approaches to ensure the best possible outcomes. The program offers specialised support for young people experiencing suicidality, self-harm, and other mental health challenges, with an emphasis on tailored, flexible, and holistic interventions. The OpportunityThe Clinical Lead will play a pivotal role in driving high-quality, client-centred care within a vital mental health service supporting young people. This key leadership position will involve guiding and mentoring a team of Support Workers and Peer Workers, fostering their professional development and ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care. The Clinical Lead will support the team by conducting assessments, reviewing risk assessments and safety plans, and providing expert guidance on complex cases.
The key areas of responsibility for the Clinical Lead include:
