In this critical role, you'll provide comprehensive intake, safety assessments, brief intervention, and referral support to individuals and families impacted by family violence.What You'll Do:Conduct safety assessments and provide interventions for individuals and families impacted by family violenceWork closely with the team to ensure timely and effective support servicesProvide referrals and collaborate with external agencies to ensure comprehensive careWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with case management experience OR a diploma qualification with a minimum of 2-3 years case management experience in AOD, family services, family violence, homelessness, youth, or mental healthIdeally experience in family violence or a related fieldA passion for empowering vulnerable individuals and familiesWhat We Offer:Full-time or 0.8 EFT (ongoing contract)Salary of $97,000 - $101,000 + super + salary packaging4 weeks of annual leave12 days personal leave per year20 days Family Violence Leave5 days exam, PD, and study leave for full-time staff, with a Professional Development AllowanceAccess to purchased leaveRelocation assistance ($3500) + referral to the Community Connector Program run by the local government, helping you settle in with easeIf you're looking to make a real impact in a supportive and collaborative environment, apply now to join the team and help create safer communities in Shepparton.How to apply:To apply, follow the link provided or apply on our website.
