The role: We are currently seeking a Health Care Professional Representative to join our team. This role is key in engaging healthcare professionals/dentists in the Oral Care industry to educate and promote Haleon's Oral Healthcare brands. It is a unique opportunity where you will be responsible for providing education and training on how our products can assist their patients. We are looking for someone for a 12-month contract to work across Sydney North.
About you: This role is perfect for individuals with a dental background who are looking for a change in career, or for a science graduate looking to start their career! We are seeking self-motivated, resilient problem solvers who can work independently and collaboratively. Your in-depth knowledge of the dental field, combined with your ability to establish key stakeholder relationships, will be crucial to thriving in this role.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver compelling messages tailored to the needs of Healthcare Professionals within your assigned territory. Maintain a high standard of product knowledge and confidence when dealing with customers. Collaborate with the pharmacy division and conduct training in target stores. Execute brand priorities and objectives as set out in each sales cycle. Ensure all calls and customer records are recorded accurately in an electronic database daily. Take ownership and total accountability to cover an assigned regional territory as required. Plan, execute, review, and refine territory management plans including customer coverage and time management. Attend and actively participate in HCP&E Sales Team cycle meetings and annual national business meetings, completing all assigned training plans on time. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences as required, using the opportunity to develop stronger relationships with dental professionals.
