Led by our awesome Orthodontists, Dr. Sarah Lawrence and Dr. Igor Lavrin, we are disrupting the old way of doing things in the orthodontic industry.What does Urban Smile do?Our mission is to help people get beautiful straight teeth in a more convenient and affordable way, without compromising the quality of care people receive.Our unique service delivery approach includes in-person appointments with Oral Health Therapists, combined with our home monitoring app, ensuring patients receive the best possible care during their time away from our stores.We only use nationally acclaimed Australian orthodontists and premium clear aligner brands to deliver the best smiles for our patients.About the role:We are looking for an Oral Health Therapist to join our team in our Waurn Ponds Studio.Assist during the initial orthodontic consultTake X-rays and other orthodontic recordsAssess the oral health of patientsLiaise with and be mentored by our local OrthodontistsBonding of clear aligner attachmentsIssuing of alignersManaging the Dental Monitoring of our patients, responding to any clinical questions they may haveThe successful applicant will:Be a qualified dental therapist and/or dental hygienist and/or oral health therapist with current AHPRA registration and have the required formal orthodontic trainingHave at least 2 years experience with clear aligner therapyHave a warm and friendly personalityHave a motivated attitude with excellent communication skillsHave a high attention to detailProvide outstanding service and care to patientsBe a great team member, including working with our other amazing oral health therapists/hygienists/dental assistantsBe computer literate and confident using digital orthodontic programsAvailability:Tuesday, Friday, and SaturdayThe finer details:To apply, please submit your CV and cover letter.#J-18808-Ljbffr
