About the roleTo provide high quality Oral Health Therapy services within the Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS), at fixed and mobile dental clinics to eligible clients of the Oral Health Program, as an active member of a multidisciplinary team. To promote oral health at an individual, community, and population level within the THHS of Queensland Health.
What's on offer?Remuneration package of up to $128,706 p.a., comprising base salary range of $76,747 - $112,805 p.a. (+ any other applicable allowances/benefits) (HP3), recreational leave loading (17.5%), and employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%).

Consideration may be given to applicants who are enrolled in their final year of a bachelor's degree, accredited by the Australian Dental Council, and who would subsequently qualify for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Dental Practitioner (Oral Health Therapist). A future appointment may be considered upon providing satisfactory evidence for all mandatory requirements.Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required. Proof of this endorsement must be provided prior to the commencement of duty.Working across different clinics in the Townsville region is a requirement of this role.About the locationTownsville University Hospital is a great place to work and Townsville itself is a great place to live - with the natural wonders of Magnetic Island a short boat ride away and Townsville being one of the main gateways to the Great Barrier Reef.
