This role will offer experience in our Dental Clinic, Smile Squad and Outreach Programs.Key responsibilities include:The delivery of Public Dental Services consistent with the policies, protocols, guidelines and mandated requirements of Dental Health Services Victoria (DHSV) and ERHProvide clinical leadership and support to Dental Team members to foster a supportive team-based approachConduct and participate in quality improvement activities and projectsActively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requestedMaintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practiceQualifications/experience required:Qualifications in Oral Health TherapyThe ability to work as a member of the team, within a range of community and professional groupsWorking for ERHAt ERH we offer a supportive and inclusive culture that offers opportunity for growth and development.
